Criteria for Eligibility

The candidates who comply with the following criteria for eligibility can apply for Pak Navy PN Cadet 2022-B.

Nationality Pakistani
Age Civilian: 16 to 21 years

In-Service: 17-23 years

Height Minimum: 5 ft 4 inches
Qualification Intermediate/O-level
Marks 60%

Subject Combination

The Candidates with the following subject combination in intermediate (FSc/ISC) or O-level can apply for PN Cadet.

  • Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics
  • Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science
  • Mathematics, Physics, and Statistics

Ineligibility Conditions

  • Twice not recommended by ISSB/GHQ/NHQ/AHQ.
  • Terminated from Armed forces/government institutions
  • Appeared in ISSB within the duration of one year (for recommended candidates) or 120 days (for not recommended candidates).
  • Convicted by the court for any criminal activity.
  • Medically unfit (by the medical board of armed forces).
  • A candidate who tempered his original documents.
  • Dual nationality; except who surrender nationality of another country.

  • Select the nearest and suitable Pak Navy test center.
  • Re-check all the entered information and submit your application form.

PN Cadet Selection Procedure

The candidate will have to enroll in the proper selection procedure for Pak Navy PN Cadet as permanent commission. There will be a preliminary screening test consisting of the following tests:

  • Intelligence Test: Logic reasoning, Verbal, Non-Verbal, and other intelligence-based questions.
  • Academic Test: questions from English, Maths, Physics, Computer Science, and General Knowledge.
  • The candidate who passed the initial screening test will call for an initial medical examination.

Physical Test

  • One mile (1.6 km) running within 8 minutes and 30 seconds.
  • 10 Push-ups within 2 minutes
  • 10 Sit-ups within 2 minutes
  • 2 Chin-ups within 2 minutes


The short-listed candidates who will clear the screening test, medical test, and physical test will get the call for the ISSB test. After ISSB recommendation, the candidates will enroll in the final medical examination by ISSB.

The candidates will get selected on merit by Naval Headquarters (NHQ).

PN Cadet Registration Slip/Roll No Slip

The Registration Slip/Roll No Slip is compulsory to enroll in tests/interviews for the PN Cadet Selection procedure. Without Registration Slip/Roll No Slip the candidates cannot enter the test center. The registration slip will available to download soon after a successful registration. PN Cadet Results

 Important Instructions

  • The candidates with O-Level qualifications must have to submit the certificate of equivalence.
  • The FSc 2nd years students can apply for PN cadet on hope certificate but the minimum marks from 1st year must be 65%.
  • If the candidates with the hope certificate are unable to acquire 60% marks, they will be dropped out of the selection procedure or training.
