Eligibility Criteria

  • Age limit:
    • Minimum age: 17 Years.
    • Maximum age: 21 Years.

  • Experience Required: No experience required.
• Duration of Training: 1-1/2 years

Payment During Training

• • During the 1st semester (6 months), you will receive 50% of BPS-5 (Rs. 7615/month)
  • During the 2nd semester (6 months), you will receive 60% of BPS-5 (Rs. 9138/month)
  • During the 3rd semester (6 months), you will receive 80% of BPS-5 (Rs. 12184/month)

Terms and Conditions:

• • Selected candidates will need to sign an affidavit agreeing to complete the training satisfactorily.
  • POF is not obligated to offer a job to all apprentices, but successful apprentices may be absorbed into POFs based on availability.
  • If offered a job, apprentices must sign a bond to serve in POFs for a minimum of 6 years. If they leave before this time, they will need to refund the cost of their training and pay a penalty of Rs. 50,000.
• Accommodation: Hostel accommodation will be provided to selected candidates on demand, upon availability.
