General Instructions for UOG Gujrat Admission 2024
- The calendar of entries contains the application deadline.
- To get admitted, you have to register using the online application form.
- Make a note of significant dates.
Establish or confirm that the email address you use to submit applications via the UOG online system is legitimate. - A scan of a passport-sized picture with a white backdrop is required. The picture needs to be in the.jpg,.jpeg, or.gif format. The file must also be smaller than 1MB in size.
- Once your profile has been created, you can apply to any campus’s degree programs
- Create duplicates of your Challan Form and deposit the Admission Processing Fee at the Habib Bank Limited branch that is closest to you. HBL Branch Lookup
- Print the application, make a change to the branch where your fee is placed, and mail it to the school you applied to.
- Together with verified copies of the necessary documentation, don’t forget to include a Department and Treasurer copy of the challan with your application.
- Email or SMS notifications on the progress of your application will be sent to you. The same web interface may be used to check the status of your application.
- Following receipt of the required information from the Bank, fees will be examined by the relevant Campus/Account Office. It may need one or two business days.
- When applicable, admission examinations for BS degrees will be conducted in accordance with the program; however, this is contingent to application approval and confirmation of the costs paid.
